The session includes grandparents, their children & grandchildren, or groups of cousins/grandchildren from one family. One voucher per session.

Gift vouchers not used within the 3-month offer period are valid at face value afterward.

There is a 7-day cooling-off period after purchase.

This purchase can be fully refunded within 28 days provided no appointment has been made to use the voucher.

The voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
